I’m not interested in the human rights of a child killer/ peado nor an illegal immigrant that gets housed in a hotel that we are paying for, but saying that, we do need a good and fair system that respects everyone. Not unelected euro based laws. IE: the illegal immigrant should be repatriated humanely / the child killer or peado should face our standard of punishment for the crime. For the rest of us law abiding tax paying people, we pay to have a high standard of life and government should work for us in that context. They do not own or dictate to us.

Is it to my understanding that the UK government can decide to give or take away a person's rights? It's not for governments or politicians to decide. Rights are inherent - everyone is born with those rights. The Constitution does not give us those rights. It just protects those God-given rights, making it impossible for government to even attempt to take them away. Man never gave us those rights in the first place. Man cannot take them away. It seems as if you don't really have rights to begin with. You are granted "privileges" by a human being that actually believes in the fable that they are better than anyone else! Hey you don't have to like it & if it really bothers you then get up and do something about it. Human beings are not immortal perfect beings obviously, and even when we make it to old age none of us are here very long so as long as having more than the other guy is a thing worth doing then greed will always be commonplace ..why would politicians be any different? You should pretty much understand they want more for themselves & less for the rest of us ..you know what they DONT WANT? They don't want people that think for themselves and are no afraid of losing all the conveniences the materialistic items and social standing that are so important that people are willfully ignorant to the obvious.. When human rights are what another countries court says is how the rights of criminals have to be observed to the detriment of the law abiding, they have to be replaced.

Before we abolish the human rights act we have to have a bill of rights that is approved of by the people of the UK. Once that is in place then, by all means, sever the tool that the European institutions use to interfere with UK law. Law abiding legal citizens have to have more rights than criminals and anyone who uses furtive means to enter the UK without documentation.
